"Vasoline" by Stone Temple Pilots

First, there's a fade-in with feedback (1) which is soon doubled by a guitar doing hammer-ons 
from A to Bb (2) and another guitar does upstrokes on a really weird chord (see "bridge" section WAY below) 
then there's a little descending thing (3) right before you go into the main riff...
