This is a great song, and there are too few tabs for it.
I think tjcoleman95 had the right idea on the solos but got the strings mixed up.
I know the solos aren't exactly correct but they are in key so they shouldn't clash.
For the walkdown I changed the position of the chords to make it easier for me to play.
Also in the second verse the acoustic guitar plays arpeggios but I'm not sure how 
that goes as of now.
