The next little verse is the same but it ends on a single F#5 and cuts of the little E5 
thing after the words

The outro is just the chorus played on the cello.

You should probably re-tab this with the tuning a half-step down instead of the drop D you transcribed it in. Most of the songs from the new album are done in standard tuning but lowered a half step.
Also, if your opening chord is this,

D|--1--|
A|--1--|
D|--1--|

that is a good indication that the tuning is one half step lower. When you write out this chord in the correct tuning, this chord becomes:

Db|--2--|
Ab|--2--|
Eb|--0--|
