That's pretty much perfect. just a few very minor things. For the verses, the F chords should be the F* chord:

Then for the pre-chorus 1 (not pre-chorus 2), the G chord that he plays when he sings "...apparition's..." should be the G*. When he sings the word "...pet" right after that, the F chord should be the F*.

Lastly, the G chord in the chorus when he sings "I'll run until my heart breaks in" should be this:
