Shavo does not play in the intro, believe it or not. I don't want comments arguing
about it, and I'm sure rating my tab 1 star because you think there's bass in the
intro is downright childish. I'd like ratings for my accuracy, not your opinion.

I would also advise using a pick. Now, you may be thinking, "Pick on a bass sounds
too rough!" or anything like that. Well, Shavo uses a pick, so it'll be a little
more authentic. But if you want to play otherwise, go for it.

VERSE

There's 2 ways to do this. I was having trouble figuring which one sounded more
accurate, but you can play what you want.

F|---------------------------------------------------------|
C|---------------------------------------------------------|
G|--------------------------------------10----8-----7-----5|
C|8--8--88-8--8--88-8--8--8-8-8-888-0000--0000--0000--0000-|

                            OR

F|---------------------------------------------------------|
C|---------------------------------------------------------|
G|--------------------------------------8-----7-----6-----5|
C|8--8--88-8--8--88-8--8--8-8-8-888-0000--0000--0000--0000-|

The first one has me sold, but I felt like adding in the other one, cause it
could very well be the correct way.

CHORUS

Again, two ways to do this. Some people argue that it's done on the Low C, and
some argue that it's on the High C. So here's both for ya. Also, the extra
open C's, etc. are optional, only used to drag out the sound. You don't have to
do them if you strongly disagree with them.

CHORUS

This is the last Chorus before the Outro, what I like to do is replace the open
C's, etc. with sliding up the neck, much like the Guitar. It kind of makes it a
little more fun while playing it. :)

F|------------------------------------------------|
C|------------------------------------------------|
G|------------------------------------------------|
C|-3-2-0-0-0-0-5-3-2-2-2-2-3-5-7-8-7-5-3-2-0-0-0-0|

F|------------------------------------------------|

G|------------------------------------------------|
C|------------------------------------------------|

And then here's a tab for the sliding, if what I said up there didn't make
any sense. :)

F|-------------------------------------------|
C|-------------------------------------------|
G|-------------------------------------------|
C|-3-2-0--0/9-5-3-2--2/9-3-5-7-8-7-5-3-2--0/9|

F|-------------------------------------------|
C|-3-2-0--0/9-5-3-2--2/9-3-5-7-8-7-5-3-2--0/9|
G|-------------------------------------------|
C|-------------------------------------------|

===============================================================================
===============================================================================

OUTRO

This is, of course, optional. I believe he plays bass in the outro, but many of
you think otherwise. If he plays in the outro, then it most definitely is on the
Low C. If you feel like mixin' it up on the High C, go for it. :P

F|------------------------------------------------|
C|------------------------------------------------|
G|------------------------------------------------|
C|-3-2-0-0-0-0-5-3-2-2-2-2-3-5-7-8-7-5-3-2-0-0-0-0|

Remember, though. It must be played softly, not like you're smashing that pick
on the string, or you're slappin' like a funky-man. :D

END
