In the last line of every verse the chords change. There is a weird F chord. I don't know what it's called, but you play: x342xx or x3421x. Listen carefully to the last line, you'll hear the change.
In the end of every chorus I play [Am] [G] [D] instead of [Am] [C] [F]. ("You and I'll be safe and sound"). I think that sounds more correct.
