Good tab!
The only thing I would change is the G's in the bridge.
Turn those into D's and alternate the C with EM. The very end where it says "on and on we go" twice is fine too! Just a tip;)

Hey thanks for putting this up, i do this song when i lead worship at my church on occasion, the only thing, is i tried doing the bridge this way but the way our worship team does it is C, Em, G, D until the on and on we go part i think. No offense, just something that may work alittle better? and way, good tab,

I'm a beginner and whenever i search for tabs of songs i want to play, i end up just wondering on what strumming pattern shall i use. I want to learn to play this song, there's no instructional on youtube for this one. Please help me.
