This is a pretty simple and straightforward song with a couple of tricks here and there. 
I believe most of the tab is spot

on. The verse may not be all those actual notes, but it's just an idea to follow those 
same chords playing one note at a time

instead of strumming... and then change the dynamics for the pre-verse.
