On the very last note, the way to get a good harmonic on the 15th fret of the high E is
have a finger from your fretting hand on the 3rd fret like you were just going to play a
G note. Then take your pointer (or whatever finger is comfortable) from your picking 
and place it lightly over the 15th fret like you would to make a harmonic and pluck the
with your thumb (or, again, whatever is comfortable) on the side of the string closest 
the bridge of your guitar. Hopefully you can get a good, clean harmonic out of it!
