This is about as right as it gets. I think i play it slightly different, but the bass is kind of faint on the recording so who knows.
Just a note to make it a little easier, for me at least.
I play the beginning and everything in fifth position (my index finger starting on the fifth fret) so you can play the shape of a noraml dorian scale. I never really go that far out of fifth position other than maybe a whole step, but it makes the pattern a litte more centralized than how you have it here, so you don't have to keep moving up the neck.
