great song, i think this sounds just right
capo on the 7th fret, all chords are relative to the capo
to make the chord shapes easier, i've sharpened my B string to a C (that's a half step 
increase). it'll make the C chord much easier to finger and it's a quick fix.

if you don't want to sharpen your B string, the chords would just be xx0231, xx0233, 
xx3565, x0221x, x0201x, xx0231
