Still unsure about the minor chords from the bridge but these are tolerable
when played along with the song.

What is the strumming pattern? help please
I would recommend finding a video online or some other recording and playing along to it. If you don't already have the right rhythm you will find it in time. Just keep pluggin away at it, and eventually you'll get it. Keep the faith, brother, and good luck :)
Not %100 on this, but I think the bridge sounds more like Em B7 G C / Em B7 G Am / Em B7 G Am C Am D...
