GIRL WITH THE RED BALLOON - The Civil Wars
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tabbed by: Macheeoo
Email: macheeoo@yahoo.com
Tuning: Standard
***NOTE: I'm not 100% sure that the B7 chord is the correct chord. I know it
has a B note in it and it sounded closer than Em, B, or G. If you think you've
figured it out let me know! Also, play the song in a polka fashion, waltzy if
you will in a 3/4 time signature I believe (never took music theory...)
Intro:
Am E Am E x4

Macheeoo, this was a great tab, you were very close with the B7 it is actually a Bm7 (if you listen closely you will hear a D rather than the D# that would make it major). I also notice a couple other things the Dm that you have in the verse is actually an F and then during the bridge rather than just the Am and E it actually has a walk down in the bass; so while maintaining the Am chord walk the bass down from the A to G, F#, F. Cheers!
