Thanks to angestella, I realised my guitar was in the total wrong tuning. My bad. 
So here is the actual intro, verse, and a guess on the chords for the chorus.

So basically I have no idea what chord this is... D5?  =S

In the chorus he hits this chord four times and guitar 2 comes in playing 16th 
notes as shown below:

Chorus Guitar 1:

     d--7--|
     a--5--|
     e-----|

Chorus Guitar 2:
On the third time Guitar 1 hits the chord, Guitar two
comes in with light distortion:

Note: There is 32 '7's there.
