Good tab but I prefer to play the chorus as:

D - Dmaj7 - Bm - G

D (x,0,0,2,3,2)
Dmaj 7 (x,0,0,2,2,2)
Bm (2,2,4,4,3,2)
G (3,5,5,4,3,3)

The bit at the bottom is unreadable... Could you tab it out properly please?

Rest of the chords are pretty much right though.
