Looking at the other tabs on this site i wasn't happy with how they sounded when playing 
with the song, so i got creative and here's my version which i think sounds 99.9% right 
i hope you think the same :)

After the last chorus, the C#m chord in
Aadd9 C#m F#m D
should be the C#m7. Or you could finger pick the ending which sounds better.
