They tune their guitars down to D and play this song open using the chord shapes C, Am, F, G.
Yeh, I realize it's tuned down a full step but the translation I created works almost perfect (I say almost but I haven't played a part that sounds off). It's also easier to throw a capo on the first fret than tune down a full step (a lot of people see alternate tunings and don't bother).
F# is actually F#m. Just thought I should tell you.
