I think this is correct, I just started playing it with the song. Sounds good to
me. The strumming pattern is down, up, up for each chord.

Intro Bm A G A Bm A G A

Bm A G A
People are puppets, held together with string.
Bm A G A
There's a beautiful sadness that runs through him,
Bm A G A Bm A G A
as he asked me to pray to the god he doesn't believe in.

Bm A G A
Time and again boys race to be men:
Bm A G A
impatient they start, fearful at end.
Bm A G A
But here was a man mourning tomorrow.
Bm A G A
He drank, but finally drowned in his sorrow.

Bm A G A
He could not break surface tension.
Bm A G A
He looked in the wrong place for redemption.
Bm A G A Bm
Don't look at me with those eyes;
A G A Bm
i tried to anaethetize:
A G Em
turn back the time that drew him.
                             G Bm A G A Bm A G A
But he couldn't be saved: a sadness runs through him, through him.

Bm A G A
Time and again boys race to be men:
Bm A G A
impatient they start, fearful at end.
Bm A G A
But here was a man mourning tomorrow.
Bm A G A
He drank, but finally drowned in his sorrow.

Bm A G A
He could not break surface tension.
Bm A G A
He looked in the wrong place for redemption.
Bm A G A Bm
Don't look at me with those eyes;
A G A Bm
i tried to anaethetize:
A G Em
turn back the time that drew him.
                             G Bm A G A Bm A G A
But he couldn't be saved: a sadness runs through him, through him.

Bm A G Bm A G Bm A G A G
Don't look...Don't look................Don't...Don't

Bm A G A Bm
Don't look at me with those eyes;
A G A Bm
i tried to anaethetize:
A G Em
turn back the time that drew him.
                              G Em G
But he couldn't be saved, no, he couldn't be saved:

                     Bm A G
sadness runs through him,
A Bm A G
sadness runs through him
A Bm A G
sadness runs through him
A Bm A G
sadness runs through him
A Bm A G A
sadness runs through him

Outro Bm A G A Bm A G A

Have Fun!!
