This is Soundtrack to a Failing Relationship by The Killing Tree.
It's off The Romance of Helen Trent.
It's also instrumental.
The tuning is drop Db. Let me know if that's
the wrong tuning and I'll fix it.

For this part have it on a clean setting with lots
of delay. This is the part that starts from the beginning and
continues about half-way into the song. I'm not sure how many
times exactly to repeat it, but it's a lot.
eb)-------------------------------------------|
Bb)-------------------------------------------|
gb)--12----------10-------12----------10------| X?
db)------12--10---------------12--10----------|
Ab)-------------------------------------------|
Db)-------------------------------------------|

This is the chord progression about half-way through.
At this point stop using the delay but keep it clean.
Again, I don't know how many times to repeat this,
but it's a lot.
eb)------------------------|
Bb)------------------------|
gb)----------------------8-|
db)---12-12---10---8-7-8-8-| X?
Ab)---10-10----8---------6-|
Db)------------------------|

Then a distorted guitar enters with this.
Now the strumming pattern was hard to get so
I did the best I could. If you don't like it
just use your own.
eb)------------------------------------|
Bb)------------------------------------|
gb)------------------------------------|
db)-55-5-55-55-5-55--55-5-55-55-5-55---| X2
Ab)-55-5-55-55-5-55--55-5-55-55-5-55---|
Db)-55-5-55-55-5-55--55-5-55-55-5-55---|

eb)------------------------------------|
Bb)------------------------------------|
gb)------------------------------------|
db)-11-1-11-11-1-11--11-1-11-11-1-11---| X2
Ab)-11-1-11-11-1-11--11-1-11-11-1-11---|
Db)-11-1-11-11-1-11--11-1-11-11-1-11---|
note: all are 1's. none are 11's.

Have a clean guitar keep repeating this with
the delay again
eb)-----------------------|
Bb)-----------------------|
gb)--12----------10-------|
db)------12--10-----------|
Ab)-----------------------|
Db)-----------------------|

And that's pretty much it. I'm very open to suggestions on
how to make it better. Please comment and rate.
