Tuning: Open G (DADGAD)

Intro:

e|-------------x----------------x-x----------------x----|
B|-------------x----------------x-x----------------x----|
G|-------------x--0-------------x-x--0-------------x----|
D|-------------x--0-------------x-x--0-------------x----|
A|-------------x--0-------------x-x--0-------------x----|
E|-0-0-0-0-0-0-x--3-0-0-0-0-0-0-x-x--3-0-0-0-0-0-0-x--3-|

I find the best way to do the muted strings is to hit open string and mute them
kind of thing can be used all the way through. Its a guitar part you attack rather than play.
sure your amp and guitar are set to be dead bassy, and it halps if you're feeling sexy as hell.

Main Riff:

e|----------------------|
B|----------------------|
G|----------------0-----|
D|----------------0-5b--|
A|-------------0h2--5b--|
E|--0-0-0-0-0h3---------|

Last time before verse (also used whenever Jamie is singing in a verse):

e|------------------|
B|------------------|
G|------------------|
D|------------------|
A|------------2-5-5-|
E|--0-0-0-0-0-0-3-3-|

Alternative Riff (used in first verse):

e|--------------------|
B|--------------------|
G|--------------------|
D|--------------------|
A|------------0-0-5b--|
E|--0-0-0-0-0--3------|

Chorus (Check record for rhythm):

e|---------------------------------------|
B|---------------------------------------|
G|---------------------------------------|
D|--0(7)---------------------------------|
A|--0-9-9-9-9-9-5b9r-5-9-9-9-9-6-6-7-9---|
E|--0-7-7-7-7-7--------7-7-7-7-4-4-5-7---|

Alternative:

e|---------------------------------------|
B|---------------------------------------|
G|---2-2-2-2-2-2--------2-2-2-2-2---0-2--|
D|-0-2-2-2-2-2-2--------2-2-2-2-2-0-0-2--|
A|-0-2-2-2-2-2-2-5b9r-5-2-2-2-2-2-0-0-2--|
E|-0------------------------------4------|

End of Chorus (from the bend):
                           into main riff...
e|---------------------------------------|
B|---------------------------------------|
G|---------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------|
A|--5b9r-5-9-9-9-9-9-6-6-7---------------|
E|---------7-7-7-7-7-4-4-5-0-0-0-0...----|

Break is difficult to work out, but can be sort of recreated using anything around 12th
by simply battering open strings in a rhythmical fasion.

| / slide up
| \ slide down
| h hammer-on
| p pull-off
| ~ vibrato
| + harmonic
| x Mute note
