An easier way to play the lead intro [based off what you have] is

E|---------10-10-10-10-8-8-8-7-5-5-5-7-|
B|-8-8-8-8-----------------------------|
G|-------------------------------------|
D|-------------------------------------|
A|-------------------------------------|
E|-------------------------------------|

E|---------10-10-10-10-8-8-8-7-5-3-|
B|-8-8-8-8-------------------------|
G|---------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------|
A|---------------------------------|
E|---------------------------------|

It's less of a jump from the 3rd fret to the 10th fret.

heyyy, instead of having to do either of those, if you want to play both parts, and keep the capo on, then its just

E|-0-0-0-0-7-7-7-7-5-5-5-4-2-2-2-4-----|
B|-------------------------------------|
G|-------------------------------------|
D|-------------------------------------|
A|-------------------------------------|
E|-------------------------------------|

E|-0-0-0-0-7-7-7-7-5-5-5-4-2-0-----|
B|---------------------------------|
G|---------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------|
A|---------------------------------|
E|---------------------------------|

i just think it's easier if you want to playt both parts :]
