Upon examining this closely from the Showtime special, Another Day, Another time concert which has them performing it backstage in front of the Punch Brothers, Marcus Mumford, and producer T-Bone Burnett, I am seeing that these chord shapes, tuning, and capo are correct for Joe (harmony singer and rhythm on the Gibson) for the live version as played there and on the live version you have provided in the link, although it ends much early after the first "Laid in the ashes below" refrains at the end. Great job on these chords and thank you! However, the section that contains rock and roll...the E7 may be actually a G#dim or Ab dim depending on what you want to call it according to what I've seen on the version 2 of this tab here on Ultimate Guitar. This also happens at the very end of the solo. The live versions are in the key of Ab min or Cb Major. For the studio version, which is a half step lower (key of G min or Bb maj), I believe Joe simply takes off the capo and plays the guitar open and at the whole step down that it is. For Ken (melody vocals and lead guitar), he is playing in much different chord shapes than Joe while being capoed at the 4th fret in standard tuning for the live version on the Showtime video. He plays using E minor shapes, so every time you see an A minor play an E minor with that capo at the 4th in standard tuning. For the studio version which is a 1/2 step lower, I believe he simply lowers his capo to the 3rd fret. The first line would be played as follows: Verse A:Em - G - C - B7 - Am - B7 - EmVerse B:C - G - C - B7 - Am - D - GVerse C:Cm - GA7 - D - B7 (this may be a Ebdim instead)Repeat Verse A chords Under the solo, continue on to the Verse B and then C chord progressions.Verse D (exactly same as Verse A chords except the final one):Em - G - C - B7 - Am - B7 - COutro:C - G - C - B7Am - D - GAm - D - G - G7Am - D - Em - G - C - B7Am - D - GI believes this is what gives their guitar sounds such a gorgeous blend, using different chord voices so different tones of the same notes ring together.Feel free to ask questions.

The first line would be played as follows:

Verse A:
Em - G - C - B7 - Am - B7 - Em

Verse B:
C - G - C - B7 - Am - D - G

Verse C:
Cm - G
A7 - D - B7 (this may be a Ebdim instead)

Repeat Verse A chords
Under the solo, continue on to the Verse B and then C chord progressions.

Verse D (exactly same as Verse A chords except the final one):
Em - G - C - B7 - Am - B7 - C

Outro:

C - G - C - B7
Am - D - G
Am - D - G - G7
Am - D - Em - G - C - B7
Am - D - G

I believes this is what gives their guitar sounds such a gorgeous blend, using different chord voices so different tones of the same notes ring together.
