Not my first tab, but it feels like it is. The F#/G is a funky sounding 
chord that i couldnt pin point, but thefingering i use sounds decent. 
Also i've seen live footage of this song and it looks nothing like this,
this is what the album sounds like.

if you want to make the f#/g sound better it is like this

The low e string note can be played with your thumb to make it more comfortable. The chord is basically a d with an f# base.

I agree, the F#/G should be an D/F# chord.
(The one you've written is a G/F# anyway)
