The song sounds like its in the key of F But its played in F# with the guitar
tuned down a semitone (so it starts on the 2nd fret)
The E is on the 5th string and E/D# is a dropped bass note on a E5 chord.
The C#/F chord is C# on the 5th string with a barre on the 5th fret.
Good luck with it

Well done you've sussed it. The only minor thing is, I think, the slide on the bass at the end of the bridge C#/F is actually C#/F#
Well spotted! you're right, sort of, it's actually C#/E#. E# is the enharmonic equivalent of F. I've made a mistake in the description though, i meant a bar on the 6th fret.
e|------------------------------------------------------|
B|----6-----------6------------------------------------|
G|----6-----------6-------------------------------------|
D|----6-----------6--------------------------------------|
A|----4-----------8---------------------------------------|
E|------------------------------------------------------|
It's a C# chord on the 5th string then a C# with a E# bass (E# fretted on the 5th string) i.e. C#/E# (C# chord being C#, E#, G#)with a 3rd in the bass.
C# C#/E#
