This is my first tab so please notify me if I've made some mistakes. It's of
an awesome song by an awesome band that doesn't get enough credit and doesn't
have a lot of tabs out there cause their music is pretty complicated.

If you want to play this on the piano, the intro is just bass notes in the
left hand (first note 2nd A below middle C which I think is A1) with 6ths
being played in the right hand (so a C#3 and E2 for an A chord and a E3 and
G#2 for a C#m chord and so on). Follow the song for the rhythm and this is
pretty much the same for verses.

This song is kinda weird cause of the time signature changing every now and
then so I'll put down how many beats you should play a chord for.

Also, the different bass notes (ie the C/G's and E/G#) and 7th chords can be
ignored and just played as a normal major/minor chord, it just sounds like
the original if you play it as written.

Intro
A x2 C#m x7
A x2 C#m x7
D x2 C#m x5
D x2 F#m x5

Verse 1
A x2 C#m x5
Fast Asleep
A x2 C#m x5
She's next to me
D x2 C#m x5
Her heart, it beats
D x2 F#m x5
So steadily
(same rhythm)
A C#m
Her hopes and fears
A C#m
And all her Dreams
D C#m
She puts in me
D F#m
So trustingly

Instrumental
A x8 C#m x8

Chorus
A x8 C#m x8
The weight of love is more than all the world
A x8 C#m x8
Requiring a strength I can't provide
D x8 C#m x8
But gravity, love strangely may defy
D x8 A x2 C#m x6
If only I was not so terrified

Interlude
A x2 C#m x6
D x2 C#m x6
D x2 F#m x6

Verse 2 (same as verse 1)
I've seen her smile
I've made her cry
I've been embraced
I've been denied
All these things
A symptom of
A stumbling towards
A perfect love

Chorus
A x8 C#m x8
The weight of love is more than all the world
A x8 C#m x8
Requiring a strength I can't provide
D x8 C#m x8
But gravity, love strangely may defy
D x8 (straight to instrumental)
If only I was not so terrified

Instrumental
(this part is weird, the first bit only has the piano playing a B and C# so
its without a chord but the it moves into F#m or F#m9 although the bass note
is a C#, again its only a few notes played by piano and guitar so its hard to
tell)
F#m9/C# x28 C# x 4

Bridge (part 1)
      D x8
These doubts that are arising
          F#m x8
They've become so paralyzing
     A x8
Am I what she wants
     D7 x8
Am I what she needs
   D x8 Am x2 Dm x5
Or am I just a letdown she can't see

Instrumental
Am x2 Dm x5
C/G x2 E/G# x5
C/G x2 E/G# x5

Bridge (part 2) (same rhythm as instrumental)
   Am Dm
My burning heart
   Am Dm
Oh how it yearns
   C/G E/G#
To be intrigued
   C/G E/G#
At every turn
     Am Dm
I've tried so hard
   Am Dm
To walk the line
    C/G E/G#
But nothing keeps
   C/G G A x8 C#m7 x8
Me satisfied

Chorus
A x8 C#m x8
The weight of love is more than all the world
A x8 C#m x8
Requiring a strength I can't provide
D x8 C#m x8
But gravity, love strangely may defy
E x8 A
If only I was not so terrified
