Capo on 1 for the original according to my ears

Also, I think the E is actually an E minor.

I agree with the Capo on the first fret and the E is an E minor.

The little solo/riff around the two minute mark goes like:

I think he then plays the B7 (relative to capo) after that a bit - its hard to pick up what is played at the end of the solo.
