Hey guys. So this is probably 99% accurate.  The strumming is a little tricky, but just
to the song you'll figure it out.  Technically the song is played in FCFCFC with capo on 4th
but you're more likely to snap a string and it's easy enough to do EBEBEB and capo
5th.  Rate and comment!

You've lost me with your tuning here... If you're referring to the highest strings in pitch as "the top two strings", then your tuning should read BEBEBE (so your bass string is a B), not EBEBEB, in which the bass string stays an E and the A string is tuned up to a B. If by "the top two strings" you mean the two bass strings, then I'm confused what you mean by saying that they stay the same.
