I tried to tab this out to fit on two pages if printed with Windows' Notepad, as with
others I've done. Notice at the beginning of each [VERSE] there are two measures of B and
played. Also, at the end of the [CODA] I've compressed the last four measures but 
still played in the same beat as all of the others in the song.
