Hey, This is the Bass tab for Dancing in the Moonlight by Thin Lizzy. I've tabbed the
way to play it here and other ways below. Enjoy!

Intro:
G|-------------------------|-----------------------|
D|-----0-0-2--2-2-0---0-2--|-----0-0---------------|
A|-2-2--------------2------|-2-2-----3--3-3-2-0----|
E|-------------------------|--------------------3--|

Verse and Chorus:
G|-----------------------|
D|-2-2-------------------|
A|-----3h5-5--2h3-3------|
E|------------------3-3--|

h = hammer-on

Seeing as fret 5 on the A string is a D note, it's easier to play the tab above than
one:

G|-------------------------|-----------------------|
D|---------2--2-2-------2--|-----------------------|
A|-2-2-5-5--------5-2-5----|-2-2-5-5-3--3-3-2------|
E|-------------------------|------------------5-3--|

Lastly, in the video to this song (watch it here: ) You can see Phil plays it higher up
fretboard. this is the same tab, just a string lower with the same notes. Here it is if
want:

Intro:
G|-----------------------------|-------------------------|
D|-----------------------------|-------------------------|
A|-----------7--7-7---------7--|-------------------------|
E|-7-7-10-10--------10-7-10----|-7-7-10-10-8--8-8-7-5-3--|

Well, That's it. I recommend you use the first one.

NOTE: On the Live And Dangerous album, the bass is a semitone up for this song, so this
might seem off, but it's perfect for the recorded version.

Hope this cleared everything up for everyone! I really love this song so hope you like
tab. Happy playing! :)
