fell in love with the song.. looked for the tab.. there was none so i figured it out!
took a while so enjoy!
btw its only a useful tab if you have a good sense of rhythm for how the song goes, i'll
provide chords, no timing.. it'd take me a week to tab the timing.. i mean, what the 
is a semi-crochet.. well here's the vid clip i figured it out from

For those interested I think he uses a Line 6 DL4 as his loop station for this song.

I'm not sure that the Am7* chord you have is correct. Other than that, perfect.

thank you for the comments. @lotus sometimes thom plays x02030 after the am7 (like in the studio version). let your ear be the judge but i think the am7* i have correct. play the g note on the high E to the song and you might see that they sound in harmony! (same note). i think so anyway

also id like to express my delight of this track being included on kotl.. soo happy :)
