I didn't feel like figuring out the strum pattern for the chorus, but I gave 
the chords.  I love the Alive and Transported album by Tobymac you can really
hear what the guitar is doing.  Here's the tab.  It's probably the most
accurate tab you are going to get for this song minus the strum patterns.  I
do the best I can with strum patterns but sometimes it's too time consuming to
tab and its just easier to listen to the song.  Enough of my typing, here's
the tab:

This song is pretty simply.  At then they just play the chorus over and over
in different strum patterns, sometimes with P.M., sometimes without.  Just
listen to the song to get it right.
