Tips:- The initial finger positioning can be quite complex to get at first;
watching Tom do it he keeps his second finger (left-hand middle) rooted on the 3rd fret
the bottom E string throughout the intro and verses, likewise the third finger
ring) remains on the B-string throughout the intro and verses. Only the left-hand index 
pinky (first and fourth fingers) should move around the fret board.
