A LITTLE RAIN (Tom Waits/K. Brennan) [guitar arrangment by AL#13]
(from a live version)

capo on 1st

          D G D
Where the Ice Man's mule...is parked outside the bar
        D D A
Where a man with missing fingers...plays a strange guitar
         D D A
And the German dwarf...dances with the butcher's son
           D G D A
Tonight a little rain never hurt no one

         D G D
They're dancing on the roof...and the ceiling's coming down
        D D A
And I sleep with my shovel...and my leather gloves
       D D A
And a little trouble...makes it worth the going
           D G D A
Tonight a little rain never hurt no one

        D G D
Oh the world is round...so I'll go around
     D G G
You must risk something that matters
       D G D
Oh my hands are strong...I'll take any man here
         D G A
If it's worth the going...it's worth the ride

        D G D
She was 15 years old...and she never seen the ocean
     D D A
She climbed into a van...with a vagabond
         D D A
And the last thing she said was "I love you mom."
           D G D A
Tonight a little rain never hurt no one
       D G D A
And a little rain never hurt no one

This is okay, but instead of a second 'D' chord on lines 2, 3, 6, 7, 13, 14 and 15, there should be a 'G' chord. And line 10 should end with an 'A' instead of a 'G'. Lastly, I'm not surprised if TW sang the word "tonight" before each "a little rain...', but on the album he only sings it in the first verse. Thank you for posting this though. By correcting I don't mean to put you down, I mean to add to your work.
