The chords seem right, but the placement of them is wrong. This seems to happen so often, people do the tough part of figuring out the chords, but don't get the placement of them right?

I really don't think this is right at all. It's playable (if you fix the placement like wilcoman1 suggested), though it isn't quite how Townes plays it. At least that's what it sounds like to my ear. Maybe someday I'll sit down and figure it out...
