Tab is pretty good, but the harmonic part is wrong. It's not capo relative. For example harmonic on 23 fret, well actually you have to do it on 23 fret, but because capo is on 4th fret, it means your doing harmonic not on 23 fret, but on 19th fret. Try to change it in this tab and you will notice that harmonics now sound good.
