Man, Thanks for putting this together, I usually can't find any accurate hip tabs on the internet and have to figure them out for myself... it's nice for a change to see somebody do a stellar job on one.
I think this tune has a capo on the second fret with a dropped D tuning. Give it a try - main chords relative to capo are: D G (no bass) A and C. Give it try
