great job on the chords. the only error I saw in the song was at the end of the first verse it goes back to (A) when patty says Mary again. It is like that with the other ones that end with her saying Mary as well but other than that it is perfect. you did great! I do agree it is hard to get to the end of the song because of the tears in your eyes. Beautiful song i am glad to see it on here. Than you for sharing it with us:)

Thank you for this, its a lovely song and this was a great set of chords. A couple things, "on some sunny day and always YOU stay" and on "flies right by leaves a kiss upon her face" the E seems like it should be on the (E)kiss, easier to get at the chord that way too for me. I also did a B7 on "Mary stays (B7) behind and starts cleaning up the (D) place"--not that the other is wrong, this just seemed to work better for me. Just thought I'd put those up but again, great chords and thank you so much!
