i'm pissed, cuz NOBODY can get the freaking song right. with the right octaves and all...

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
                                    YEAH!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Peace up, A town down...." i guess A town is atlanta, right?

Tuning: let's stay standard

e|-----10----11--------11------11-------------------------------------------|
B|---8-----8--------8-------8---------(yeah!)-------------------------------|
G|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|-------------------------repeat several,----------------------------------|
A|-------------------actually, the whole time-------------------------------|
E|-----------that's the main beat, dub, w/e you wanna call it---------------|

this is in the chorus i think. if you listen
closely, you can hear the high G in successive
8th notes. but if you have a friend (or homie... lol)
you also gotta play the main 8-10-8-11 pattern too

e|---15-15-15-15-15-15-15-15-------------------------------------------------|
B|---------------------------------etc..-------------------------------------|
G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|

this is also in the chorus.... that whistling sound. or if you can get a
person on the flute or anyone who's good at whistling, that would be sweet

btw, i'm gonna label artificial harmonics (AH) in parenthesis. repeat as needed

e|----(3)(11)(10)(8)(10)(6)(8)(4)--------------------------------------------|
B|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|

~~~~~OR~~~~~
if you have good bending skills (fractions/numbers above the tab number
denote how much the bend should be. actually, if you have over 22 frets,
play the 23rd fret.... and "/" is slide up
         1/2
e|--15-/-22--22--20--22--18--20--16------------------------------------------|
B|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|-------------repeat as needed----------------------------------------------|
A|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
by the way, these three parts (play either the harmonic version or bend
version) should be played together in the chorus. this should make
usher proud.... or sad. it's you're take.
