Excellent tab, except with the E5 chords I think the low E, the B and the high E are played open.
Like this: Instead of this:
|--0--| |-----|
|--0--| |-----|
|--9--| |--9--|
|--9--| |--9--|
|--7--| |--7--|
|--0--| |-----|

You got the notes right though, you had (XEBEXX) and the one I've suggested is (EEBEBE). Played with all the strings it gives it a fuller sound without sounding like a different chord. The same goes for all the other chords in the verses.

Also I think that the lead guitar that plays this:
high e|0-0-5-0-7-0-0-0-5-0-0-4-0-0-0-0-|
has distortion.

This song is also in E Major, so I guess it couldn't hurt to put 4 sharps in the key signature.

Anyway 5*
