90% wrong, the only thing that's correct is the part

its just wrong..
It's partially right. Jack plays it with a whammy on the 5-6 and 5-6-5-0 parts, it's why it sounds off, I think.
This part on the starting riff:
|-2-2-2-5-4
|-2-2-2-5-4
|-0-0-0-3-2
Could be moved up a string, so it is
|-------5-4
|-2-2-2-5-4
|-2-2-2-3-2
|-0-0-0----
That's the only errors I see. Decent, I guess. It could be better. I'll submit one with corrections.
