Em
Hold on, maybe
A
In our next life I will be less crazy
C D
And make up for the mistakes made this time
Em
I know you're trying to save me
A
I know you're busy saving yourself
C D
Don't let the light you leave on
D (played once, then muted strumming)
Burn you out inside

C
If I kick tomorrow
Em
Would you stick with me
G D
Oooh hooo oooh hooo
C
I know I'm not as straight
Em
As I would like to be
G D
Oooh hooo oooh hooo
Em C G D
And though it's hard enough as it is
Em C
Tomorrow still comes

Em
I'll take the high road
A
The one you pave with

Patience and love
C D
Let my pages turn with the tide
Em
I have made you my crutch
       A
Yeah I owe you too much
      C
I can only clean up and
D
Get out the gallows from my mind

C
If I kick tomorrow
Em
Would you stick with me
G D
Oooh hooo oooh hooo
C
I know I'm not as straight
Em
As I would like to be
G D
Oooh hooo oooh hooo
Em C G D
And though it's hard enough as it is
Em C
Tomorrow still comes
G D
oooh hooo oooh hooo
Em C
Tomorrow still comes
G D
oooh hooo oooh hooo

   C G
So shine your star
C G
Sing the words
C G
From the song that leads the way back home

(Play the Chorus' Chords through the solo and the little harmony part)
(After the harmony and the real heavy chorus, this bridge is played again behind a
solo)

This sounds pretty solid to me. . . there are a couple things in here that might be a
different, but you can play around with it and tell me what you think!
