Great chords, but lyrics are completely wrong:

"Those colours are made" = "Then scars are made"

"And I hope you realize" = "And now you realize"

"You're in your right" = "you when you rise"

"Your sacrifice comes to your mind" = "Your sacrifice goes through your mind"

"You made it now" = "You've made it now"

Lyrics are from the Hydra Digital Booklet (so the corrections are right), nice chords though, thank you!

In chorus i think it should be C instead of Am. it sounds better with C...

Yes, it is definitely a C (or C# in terms of actual pitch) in the chorus. Though the Am is correct in the bridge. Look for an acoustic version where you should be able to clearly see Ruud playing it.
