May i make a suggestion that in the intro, instead of moving to the A string and playing fret 5, stay on the E string and play at fret 12 :) i think this sounds better, but it is just a suggestion.
I think the outro bit is: B, A#, G, Em, G
Also I saw a video where they say they always tune to drop B so if you want it to sound even better play the same chords but in Drop B tuning which is: (from lowest to highest)
