i was in a thrift store and found this record (even though ive never heard of these
guys) but i bought it cause i liked the cover. the only song i liked was the title
track - Groovin' but i found no chords. i did however find a sweet bass tab, so i
derived the chords from that.
you should tune your guitar down a note but it sounds good in standard tuning as well
(jus get your bass player to play a note down)

If theres something wrong, then do better.
The chords are the right quality, but they're all down a half step (at least they are according to the recording I found of youtube). So the D's should be Eb's and the Em's should be Fm's and so on.
Try Dmaj7 instead of D. ALso it will sound even sweeter if you play the Dmaj7 and Em as barre chords:
