I can appreciate your constructive criticism & thoroughness. But, this is so close to Maguri's it is difficult to discern your alternate chords versus what was originally posted. Might it have been clearer to just post specific changes? And am wondering if your version is meant to be different or like a harmonic add?
It sounds ok, but not better than, IMHO :-/
