It is mostly right, just in the chorus there is a slide up to the 10th fret of the A string at about half way through that chord. Also the last chorus is extended so you don't play "c.3" until the last time through.

yeah the tab really is incorrect. I played this an octave higher and stuck with the A Major scale and it seemed to work when I improvised...I don't know if the key is A Major or not because I am not the greatest ear player....but again...A Major seemed to work.
