hey this is pretty good intro but the last two notes have to be octave notes. that's how they get the two last lower ones. after the last 6 and 4 fretted notes try using 4 and 4 fret octaves oin the A and G string and just change the A string fret to the second fret on the last note. play that whole thing through and it'll sound perfect

Your last chord, the ? marked one is Abm5, or Open G#m... I am more certain with the Abm5 though... Not too sure if you would call it an open G#m.
