I'm fairly certain that the verse is power chords. I know Jade doesn't often use them as the structure of a song, but this is a cover after all. If you listen to it closely, you don't hear a note on the guitar higher than that of the given power chords.

Oh, another thing I forgot:

Why the hell do you need a capo? > you don't...

And at the end of the second verse, there's 2 guitars, 1 playing the normal verse, the other playing what you tabbed out.
