I really don't think that C#dim chord is right at all..I think it's supposed to be G that slides up to A, then goes back into it

other than that it's pretty much right

Perhaps... I dunno if that's what the guitar is doing, but musically I'm pretty sure that's what's going on. You can try A7/C# too, I think that also adds a nice flare to it, though it's a little different to the album.
