Eh, sorry, I forgot some things:

Solo is NOT relative to capo!
Rythm in chorus is simple, strum jus tone time like "1-2-3-1-2-3".
At the end of the verses, play the C chord.
During the solo, the rythm guitar plays verse's chords with chorus' rythm.

And the "12" note in the solo is a "13" ;)
